Really good Hospitality
helpful team fresh milk room location coffee facilities
The team showed me personally to my room upon arrival. They explained where everything was located. The coffee facilities included fresh milk. I found that to be an unusual, yet appreciated touch.
The lighting could have been slightly improved! though I found it sufficient for most tasks

some issues noticed.
small bathroom fixed shower
the bathroom was quite small. it was hard to reach the taps because of a fixed shower screen! the taps also swivelled when i tried to turn them on. it was like no one tested this before. also, the hotel gardens were well maintained. but there seemed to be a lack of leadership from a manager.

small bathroom leaking shower
The location was convenient and the parking was ample and free.
The room was not up to expectations. The bathroom was quite small (felt cramped), and the shower leaked. The cleaning felt substandard. There was noticeable dust on the skirting boards.

unjustified room rate cold water tap
the helpful staff met my expectations. breakfast was nice.
The room rate felt unjustified. It was an attic room. i found no wardrobe or hanging space. the cold water tap barely worked.
